A NYC Midtown-based Owner and Manager of multiple Commercial Class ‘B’ Office buildings is looking for a Director of Leasing. This position ensures that all Commercial and Retail leasing related documentation is accurate thereby protecting the company from legal actions. Responsible for revenue flow-through and enhancing  the integrity and reputation of the Ownership.

• Responsible for all tenant related information in the system. 
• Manages the tenant billing and invoicing process, interfacing with employees across the organization, to ensure that tenant invoices are accurate and complete. 
• Creates forms and procedures to facilitate efficiency and improvements to workflow activities such as lease generation, approval protocols and lease renewals. 
• Reviews lease documents for accuracy and completeness and ensures proper recording in the system and security for leases and tenant accounts. 
• Assist in rent collections 
• MRI computer skills a must
• Must have in-depth understanding of lease clauses and be able to articulate them to Management

Qualifications:

• Degree a Plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Knowledge of MRI a must and Avid a Plus
• Knowledge of NYC ‘B’ Building Market a Must
