Our client, an NYC Owner of commercial & residential buildings is looking for a 'Residential Property Manager'.

Candidates must have 5+ years experience in all phases of repairs and maintenance, all heating systems. Must have full knowledge of all city agency regulations including DOB, HPD, DHCR. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Manhattan rental buildings.
