POSITION SUMMARY
Our client, a Tri State Owner and Manager is looking for a Luxury Rental Manager for a residential building in Manhattan.

Salary to $100K depending on experience and number of units...good benefits and a two bedroom apartment included.

 
     
RESPONSIBILITIES
  Must have at least 5 years experience as a rental resident manager
     
  Must be familiar with the day-to-day operation of a luxury rental property
     
  Experience with tenant interior and capital improvement construction.
     
  Successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
