NYC RESIDENTIAL PORTFOLIO MANAGER - To $130K
Our client, a NYC based Health Care Institution, requires a 'Residential Portfolio Manager' for their housing properties. Candidates must have: |

|
|
|
| |
|
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required. |
| |
|
* Seven (7) or more years of property management experience, with at least one year experience supervising staff, key projects, activities and/or consultants in a Real Estate environment |
| |
|
* Proficiency in budget development and analysis. |
| |
|
* Strong interpersonal/communication/customer service skills. |
| |
|
* Previous experience in administration of leases, property transactions, contracts, operating agreements, etc. |
| |
|
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of databases. |
| |
|
|
| |
|
The position is responsible for the day to day real estate operation for a portfolio of housing properties demanding high quality customer service, professional standards and quality control. Candidates must have managed multiple rental and/or coop/condo buildings in Manhattan. Portfolio consists of 1,600+ units. |
