Our Client, a family owned and operated Owner and Manager of residential and commercial real estate, is looking for a ‘Sales Manager’ for residential units.

* Candidates must have at least 10 years of residential sales manager experience.  This is a new position so experience with setting up a sales department would be a plus.  Existing sales teams will be considered.

* Existing coop/condo units under ownership/management exceeds 5,000 and are located in Westchester, NYC, Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island. 

* Candidates must be articulate, exhibit strong interpersonal skills and be familiar with all rules and regulations involved with coop/condo sales.
