POSITION SUMMARY
   

NYC PARKING OPERATIONS MANAGER - To $130K
 Our client, a NYC based Health Care Institution, requires a 'Parking Operations Manager' for their system of parking and valet services. Candidates must have:

     
    * Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
     
    * Five or more years of parking management experience, with at least one year supervisory experience
     
    * Working knowledge of parking programs, business processes and general accounting principles
     
    * Knowledge of parking lot design and parking technology
     
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of databases required
     
   

* Ability to deal tactfully with people; coordinate the work of others; to monitor and account for financial transactions; and to use automated parking management systems
       
     

The position is responsible for the day to day operation, management and oversight of parking and valet services demanding high quality customer service, professional standards and quality control. This is a very busy working environment.
