COMMERCIAL PORTFOLIO MANGER

POSITION SUMMARY

New York Owner requires an ‘Office Portfolio Manager’ for a portfolio of 4 A and B buildings in Manhattan and 1 class-A office building on Long Island.

Candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of these 5 buildings ranging in size from 80,000 sq. ft to 200,000 sq. ft.

     
RESPONSIBILITIES
  Must have at least 5 years experience in Commercial Property Management including running a portfolio of buildings
     
  Experience with tenant interior and capital improvement construction
     
  Able to develop marketing programs for buildings from development and execution of strategy
     
  Successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
